The term universe has a variety of meanings based on the context in which it is described.
In materialist philosophical terms, the total universe is the summation of all matter that exists and the space in which all events occur. In cosmological terms, the universe is thought to be a finite or infinite space-time continuum in which all matter and energy exist. It has been hypothesized by some scientists that the universe may be part of a system of many other universes, known as the multiverse.
The part of the universe that can be seen or otherwise observed is usually called the known universe, observable universe, or visible universe. Because cosmic inflation removes vast parts of the total universe from our observable horizon, most cosmologists accept that it is impossible to observe the whole continuum and may use the expression our universe, referring only to that knowable by human beings in particular.

But what is universe for each person, for each of us? Do we care about our universe or we all are egocentric, or we just don´t care? An individual mark in the universe is too unsignificant. I mean, what contribution do you bring to the universe? Any person who has born sooner or later "dissapear", and the universe is undifferent to it. May be because thinking on such large scale gives unsugnificance of Planet Earth. I believe there exists a lot of others civilizations in outer space. If they don´t exist now, they had been existing earlier. My point is simple and, i guess, complex at the same time: "Why?". if i could get an answer to just one question, i would like to know:"why? what fore? what is the Big Plan?". Thinking betterit seems that there could be no aswer for such question, cause our existence, existence of the universe existence of everything we know is pure accident. Staticly, we have luck, that all this had happened. I guess, our luck is not durate forever because, everything which has beginning has it´s own end....
Nevertheless, "I believe God is managing affairs and that He doesn't need any advice from me. With God in charge, I believe everything will work out for the best in the end. So what is there to worry about." Henry Ford

inspite the segnificance of the humanity is so "unsagnificant",the main idea is too enrich our world and world of others.
